Market Entry for an Internet Startup

An Israeli technology start-up was expanding globally, but had run into difficulties entering the China market. Internally the company realized they needed a local team and expert guidance, to both evaluate the market and then to properly enter it if desired.


A team consisting of strategy, research, and technology consultants went to work understanding the technology of the Israeli startup and all the touchpoints it would have within China across consumers, businesses, and technology partners.
