This growth stage start-up is a leading Artificial Intelligence of Things services provider in the design and manufacturing of chips, cloud platforms and integrated end-to-end services with an impressive local client base serving the transportation and real estate sector. With limited resources to review its global strategy, we worked with the founder and its team to conduct a study of the global AIoT market and shortlisted regions with the highest opportunities for some of their products. We also identified an initial list of customers and business partners to carry out POCs (Proof of Concept).
