ESG Implementation Service for Commercial Assets

An office building owned by a real estate private equity in Australia is going through a comprehensive renovation. To be align with the company's global ESG strategy, the renovation work needed to incorporate multiple elements of the group ESG framework. 

We performed an assessment of the building and reviewed the design and available documentation then provided the management team insights into the available ESG solutions and services. The scope covers energy efficient lighting, HVAC, EV charging infrastructure, solar, BMS and sustainability reporting.
